INDUSTRY ACHIEVEMENTS
kevin was elected as a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors Commercial/Investment Steering Committee and is a past Chair of the CBR Recognition committee. He holds the Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation from the International Council on Shopping Centers (ISCS) and is on the Ohio/West Virginia Idea Exchange planning committee. Kevin also holds the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Only 6% of all commercial realtors hold this designation as experts in the discipline of commercial and investment real estate.
