As a Retail Specialist since 1999, Kevin specializes in retail leasing and investment sales, representing both Owners and Tenants in central Ohio and throughout the Midwest. Services provided include investment sales, Landlord and Tenant brokerage services, consulting, corporate disposition, and land and site acquisitions. During his career, Kevin has created value for his clients through raising occupancy rates in existing centers, selecting profitable sites for investment, and forging long-term relationships. Kevin has authored several columns in regional and local industry publications and has completed sales and leasing transactions in excess of 1.5 million sf representing a total of over $40 million in value.

INDUSTRY ACHIEVEMENTS
Kevin was elected as a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors Commercial/Investment Steering Committee and is a past Chair of the CBR Recognition committee. He holds the Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation from the International Council on Shopping Centers (ISCS) and is on the Ohio/West Virginia Idea Exchange planning committee. Kevin also holds the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Only 6% of all commercial realtors hold this designation as experts in the discipline of commercial and investment real estate.
